Wendy O’Shea, M.Ed, BSN, RN, CCE is a Nurse Consultant for Nurse Family Partnership National Service office and supports NFP agencies in PA and Ohio. Her nursing background is in maternal-child health and public health. She received her ADN from Harrisburg Area Community College and a BSN and Master’s in Health Education from Penn State.
