Damaris Maria Grossmann RN, BSN, HNB-BC, (DNPc-2018) is an integrative health nurse, wellness educator, yoga therapist, and researcher. She has been a nurse for 11 years experience in acute care, rehabilitation, community health and long-term care. Damaris continues her studies at Rutgers in the Doctor of Nursing program (May, 2018). She is a US Navy Veteran and served in the Global War on Terrorism in the military for 16 years. Damaris provides integrative health modalities of yoga, handmade health products, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and guided Imagery- both in the clinical and private setting of Health Connections Wellness, LLC.
